Sean Gayton

Sean Gayton is a Managing Partner of Future Benefits Management Inc.

At Future Benefits Management Inc, Sean works with companies and non-profit organizations with a direct focus on employee benefits, both domestic and international. Sean specializes in the design, funding, implementation and management of employee benefits strategies.

Before joining Future Benefits Management Inc., Sean worked for 10 years with a major Canadian life insurance company. In addition to a management economics degree from the University of Guelph, Sean has earned the designations of Registered Health Underwriter, Group Benefits Associate Diploma and completed the Coaching Certification Program through StarFish Learning Incorporated. Sean has built his success from his ability to listen, understand and partner with Management and Human Resources teams to address the growing needs, financial pressures and challenges of maintaining a sustainable and rewarding employee benefits strategy.

Sean’s greatest satisfaction in life is watching family, friends and clients succeed and helping them achieve their goals whenever possible. Sean also supports the Heart & Stoke Foundation, Breast Cancer Society of Canada, World Society for the Protection of Animals and Ceol Kids. The name Ceol Kids comes from the Gaelic word for ‘music’ (pronounced kyool). The Ceol Kids annual concert unites over 20 musicians for an evening of cover songs selected through an auction format. Proceeds are donated to The Regent Park School of Music.
